Post Name: Human Resources Supervisor

An opportunity has arisen for a Human Resources Supervisor to join our team. Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources this operational role will work with the wider HR team to develop and implement effective HR policy and initiatives that will focus on remuneration and benefits, recruitment and retention, employee relations and building capability to support our most important asset – our people. This role will also be responsible for managing the Payroll function to ensure compliance and delivery.
To be successful in this role you will be a seasoned generalist who enjoys working across the day-to-day spectrum of HR operations; have prior direct / indirect supervisory experience as well as a sound knowledge of employment related legislation. You will be an effective communicator with a natural ability to build strong working relationships.
