Post Name: Sales and Lettings Negotiator

– The successful candidate will be able to arrange and conduct viewings, liaise with clients, successfully negotiate and progress sales and lettings deals. They will possess a professional demeanour.
– They will have a full driving licence and their own vehicle.
– They will need to be part of the busy residential sales and lettings team and will report to the Branch Manager.
– The position is full time and will involve working weekend days on an office rota basis.
