Michael Graham requires Lettings and Renewals Administrator
Michael Graham, Looking for the post of Lettings and Renewals Administrator, required in our busy Lettings office in Newport Pagnell.
Post Name:- Lettings and Renewals Administrator
You will be required to provide full secretarial and administrative support to the Lettings Manager and Head of Lettings Administration in a dynamic and busy lettings team.
The position requires;
- An organized person who can work well under pressure
- Previous experience in Lettings
- Ideally, prior knowledge of lettings legislation and guidelines
- Assist the lettings manager with all tenancies that are due for renewal to ensure no tenancies are over looked and rent increases are obtained wherever possible
- Knowledge of Reapit preferred
- Ensure all keys are signed in and out correctly, keeping the logs up to date and accurate. To include liaising with offices to ensure that the offices keys are up to date and accurately coded.
Hours negotiable to include Saturdays. Salary dependent on experience.
