Electronic Technician Immediate Vacancy at Milanao Trading Sdn Bhd Sarawak Malaysia

Job Title: Electronic Technician

Duties/Job Description:

Hardware Repair and Maintenance:

• Diagnose and repair hardware issues in mobile phones and computers.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure the optimal performance of devices.

Software Troubleshooting:

• Identify and resolve software-related problems on mobile devices and computers.
• Install, configure, and update operating systems and software applications.

Device Testing:

• Conduct thorough testing of mobile phones and computers to ensure functionally and performance
• Develop and implement testing procedures and protocols.

Component Replacement

• Replace defective or damaged hardware components, such as screens, batteries and
  mother boards.
• Upgrade hardware components to enhance device performance.

Network Configuration:

• Configure mobile devices and computers to connect to networks, both wired and wireless.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues.

Data Recovery:

• Perform data recovery procedures for mobile phones and computers.
• Retrieve and restore lost or corrupted data

Security Measures:

• Implement security measures to protect mobile phones and computers from malware and unauthorized access.
• Stay updated on security trends and implement best practices.

Customer Support

• Provide technical support to customers, both in-person and remotely.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand and address their technical issues.

Documentation

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of repairs, configurations and troubleshooting procedures.
• Create documentation for standard operating procedures.

Qualification: Diploma / Degree Holder in any discipline
Experience: 5 Years of relevant working experience
Remuneration: RM5 000.00 and above
