Post Name: Team Leader Helpdesk (International Airline)

This unique and challenging role will manage a team of Customer Sales & Services Representatives (CSSR’s) to achieve specified performance standards and service targets for an International Airline. Provide technical support and handle escalated customer calls as required. Compile statistics and reports as required, analyse results and take appropriate action to address performance gaps in line with the performance management system.

Requirements:

1.  4 + years experience leading a team of customer service and sales personnel within in a contact centre operation essential.
2. Maintains expert-level awareness of product, system and client changes/updates,
3. Expert level knowledge of IATA airline regulations including DOT
4. Expert and Trainer level knowledge of various GDS especially Amadeus.
5. Willing to accept feedback and aims to continuously improve and update knowledge and skills.

Post Name: Customer Service & Sales Representative (Linguist)

We are looking for individuals who can help us deliver outstanding customer service to international markets, and are flexible to work shifts in a 24/7 environment. A minimum Form 7 pass (or equivalent) with good results in Maths and English is essential.

Requirements:

1.  Previous customer service experience is advantageous preferably in a call centre,
2. Strong communication & interpersonal skills – with fluency in any of the following languages: English, French, German, Portuguese, Spanish, Dutch or Italian.
3. Excellent typing skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Email programs
4. Previous experience in either: Travel, Retail, Sales, Telecommunications or Banking and Finance advantageous.
