We are redesigning Te Tahuhu o te Matauranga Ministry of Education and establishing Te Mahau within it as a strong, service-oriented interface with the education sector. You will join the senior leadership team guiding Te Tahuhu through this change.

We are looking for collaborative leaders who have:

• The ability to build powerful relationships
• Experience leading through complex system change, with a proven ability to influence and navigate through ambiguity
• depth of understanding of, and a commitment to giving effect, to te Tiriti o Waitangi

Collaborate to set the future direction for our education workforce so that it is skilled to adapt and deliver to meet the needs of all akonga. Bring together sector bargaining and other functions for a large and complex workforce.

Are you interested in delivering a more ‘networked’ education system with physical infrastructure and digital technology? Lead a centre of asset management and design excellence to support integrated frontline teams.
