Engagement of Chief Policy Advisor and Policy Advisor(s)
(Short-Term Consultancies)

1. Chief Policy Advisor
   Role: Responsible for providing leadership and advice to the government on fiscal, monetary and socioeconomic development policy issues. The Chief Policy Advisor will assist the Ministry in undertaking assessments and analyses to ensure credible and effective policies are developed, implemented and monitored on a regular basis and also lead analytical work to inform the government’s strategic planning directions and support various ministries and departments through knowledge and policy support.
   Duration: 2 Years (reviewed thereafter based on performance)
   Salary: an attractive remuneration package will be offered
2. Policy Advisor(s)
   Role: Assist the Ministry in policy development and advice to the decision makers. The
   Advisor(s) will also provide in house training on selected subjects, particularly on cost-benefit
   analysis, policy making, project management, etc.
   Duration: on short-term as and when required
   Salary: an attractive remuneration package will be offered
