Post Name:- Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking an accomplished Supply Chain professional to join the Mowi team in Campbell River, BC. Reporting to the Finance Director, the successful candidate will lead our procurement, logistics and warehousing organization. We are a growing, diverse team and require a highly organized leader, with strong integrity, excellent negotiation skills and proven track record of building business partner relationships.

Responsibilities:-

•  Lead procurement, warehousing and logistics team activities for the Business Unit
• Develop relationships with suppliers and internal customers
• Formulate, review and negotiate agreements with vendors
• Ensure consistent application of purchasing procedures and effective use of the purchasing system, adequate internal control
• Identify and capture cost savings
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions with vendors
• Ensure compliance with internal controls / policies and procedures
• Drive internal customer satisfaction

Qualifications:-

•  5+ years in senior level procurement and supply chain experience
• Post-secondary degree in related discipline
• SCMP designation would be an asset
