Job Description
We are looking for a competent IT Administrator, to join our team and deliver advanced network and server administration, design, build, deploy, and support the network and server infrastructure. This will also include response and remediation of any system availability and performance incidents as well as any security threats identified within our environment.

Desired Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science,. Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years work experience with the following certifications or any other equivalent certifications recognized by local government.
  CCNA/CCNP, MCSA/MCSE, VMWare

Job Requirements

• Design, monitor, maintain, and support the network, storage and server systems up to and including the OS level.
• Administer and resolve applications issues, provide updates, and perform root cause analysis.
• Working Knowledge with server, Storage, networking equipment is must
• Experience with Windows and/or Linux server operating systems preferred
• Hands-on experience in enterprise class storage and computer systems – Dell, HP. NetApp, etc.
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery principles.
• Should have basic concepts of security practices throughout all aspects of the infrastructure.
• Experience in ITIL or Similar IT management framework practices and procedures
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Arabic & English
• Available to work off-hours to perform maintenance or in case of emergencies.
• Work independently or as part of a team to support on incidents, support requests, projects, and other initiatives.
• Good understanding of best practice in Data Center operations and support and possessing Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Works with business lines to implement new procedure to maximize efficiencies with new or existing systems.
• Added advantage for candidates with working experience with industry standard databases and web servers.
