Manager Engineer Technician Supervisor Machinist Driver cum Despatcher Immediate Vacancies at Nam Cheong Dockyard Sdn Bhd Miri Sarawak Malaysia

It is looking for suitable candidates to fill the following positions.

Post Name: Project Manager – (1 position)

• Degree in Naval Architecture / Marine Engineer / Mechanical Engineer /Project Management
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Shipbuilding / Shp Repair or related job with marine shipyard background
• Computer literate with Microsoft office skills / abilities, AutoCAD and Microsoft Project
• Familiar with marine classification rules

Post Name: Project Engineer – (2 positions)

• Degree in Naval Architecture / Marine Engineering / Electrical / Mechanical is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of wonting experience in Shipbuilding / Ship Repairs Industry
• Proficient in AutoCAD 2D/3D and Microsoft Project
• Familiar with marine classification rules

Post Name: QA Manager – (1 position)

• Diploma or Degree in an engineering disciple with at least 2 years working exprienence in quality control in the shipbuilding / oil and gas industry with knowledge of NDT
• Certificate in CWIP 3.0 Visual Welding Inspector or other related welding inspection
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Shipbuilding/ Ship Repairs Industry
• Familiar with marine classification rules

Post Name: Logistic, Shipping & Warehouse Manager – (1 position)

• Diploma / Degree holder preferred related to logistic, shipping or warehouse management
• Minimum 5 years working experience as logistic, shipping & warehouse.
• Experience and understand import process and requirement including Bona Fide, SIRIM and CIDB.

Post Name: Procurement Manager – (1 position)

• Diploma / Degree holder preferred mechanical fied or shipbuilding related.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in ship building and repair.
• Good negotiation skill.

Post Name: Commissioning Technician – (1 position)

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Marine Engineering is preferred.
• Knowledge in machineries & system.

Post Name: Hull & Outfitting Supervisor – (1 Position)

• Diploma or Professional Certificate in mechanical / shipbuilding related or its equivalent
• Minimum 5 years working experience preferably in shipbuilding.
• Able to lead / monitor the team / contractor to complete hull and outfitting work on time.

Post Name: Piping Supervisor -(1 Position)

• Diploma or Professional Certificate in mechanical / shipbuilding related or its equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years working experience preferably in shipbuilding.
• Able to lead / monitor the team / contractor to complete piping work on time.

Post Name: Electrical Supervisor – (1 Position)

• Diploma or Professional Certificate in mechanical / shipbuilding related or its equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years working experience preferably in shipbuilding.
• Able to lead / monitor the team / contractor to complete electrical work on time.

Post Name: Lathe Machinist – (1 Position)

• Certificate or Diploma in CNC Machine or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years working experience as lathe machinist and experienced in machineries works in shipbuilding / ship repairing industry.

Post Name: Driver cum Despatcher – (1 position)

• Possess D & E driving license with good driving records
• Possess GDL would be added advantage
• Familiar with Miri roads
• Flexible to work on various time as per required
