New Haven Residential Treatment Center is seeking a Full-Time Psychologist – Research and Assessment Manager. New Haven is a residential treatment center for adolescent girls and their families.

New Haven has three campuses in Utah; Spanish Fork Campus, Saratoga Springs Campus, and Springville Campus.

Licensed Psychologist Job Summary:-

•  Opportunities in this position include completing psychological evaluations on all newly admitted students.
• Administer and report additional psychological testing as requested by therapists, clinical directors or treatment teams.
• Collect data and otherwise manage a research program emphasizing outcome measurement.
• Interacting with managers in monthly Managers Meetings.
• Complete psychological assessments including administration and interpretation of psychological tests, case conceptualization, and report writing.
• Have an understanding of different research methodologies/designs and of ethical and legal principles related to conducting research on human subjects.
• Have the ability to set-up and manage data collection protocols that are realistic and appropriate to residential treatment environment.
• Possess data management skills including comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Have an understanding of statistical analyses and applications.
• Have the ability to train and manage assistants who assist with research and assessment efforts.

Qualifications:-

• Ph. D. in Clinical Psychology
• Experience completing psychological evaluations
• Licensed as a psychologist in the State of Utah or Certified Psychology
• Resident in the State of Utah combined with arrangements for appropriate supervision
• Ability to pass a Utah State background check
• Good verbal and written communication
• Able to work with a team
