We are looking for

Post Name: Business Development / Client Service Manager

Your job profile will include:

• Identifying & developing now clients for the agency
• Managing a large portfolio of clients
• Building and maintaining client relationships through regular meetings
• Acting as the first point of contact for client queries and requests
• Facilitating with other departments in the organization
• Identifying potential clients and crafting comprehensive strategic pitches
• Giving presentations about our offerings
• Managing a budget and achieving targets
• Heading a team of account executives and driving results
• Generating accurate reports on the status of existing accounts and new business opportunities
• Ensuring timely payments from clients

Skills that you must possess:

• Sharp, insightful, tactful and data-driven
• Strong interpersonal and people management skills
• Be resilient to light deadlines and client requirements
• Should be able to take up leadership and ownership of the brand
• Should have good knowledge of google adwords, google analytics & social media management tools
• Should have a prior ad agency experience

Minimum experience required:

We are looking for 5 years of relevant industry experience in Advertising and Marketing Communications.
