Accounts Receivable Officer Job Opening at Nivis Motor & Machinery Pte Ltd Nabua Suva Fiji

We are seeking applications from interest applicant for the following position:

Post Name: Accounts Receivable officer

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting/Finance.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable.
• Hands-on experience in ERP systems and MS Office Excel/Word.
• Accounting and Accounts Receivable process knowledge.
• Good communication skills and customer relations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Sending monthly statements to customers promptly.
• Regularly following up for payments with customers and ensuring collections are done as per credit terms.
• Forwarding all payment advices to Cash & Banking staff for accounting purposes.
• Coordinating with Sales & Service departments to resolve disputes in invoicing and credit notes.
• Investigating any outstanding Cash Debtors accounts of all branches and sending exception reports to Management.
• Preparing monthly Debtors Ageing report and attending meetings to discuss reasons for overdue payments.
