Key Responsibilities:
- Collect vehicle & customer data
- Maintain regular communication with customers
- Handle customer appointments, pickup & Drop offs
- Maintain & issue regular service communication to customers
- Maintain & update customer database
Skills:
- Automotive industry experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skill
- Ability to pay attention to detail
