Job Description
End to end responsibility of entire Support Services of the company, viz Finance and Accounts, Information Technology, Human Resources and Administration, Legal and Compliance

Finance
Overseeing budget & financial planning and analysis, finance operations (Accounts receivable, accounts payable and treasury management), finance control (Balance sheet reconciliation, P & L reconciliation, budgetary control, financial reporting, capital allocations, company rating by agencies, regulatory and CCG (Guidance and support for timely submission / conduct of regulatory returns, Tax returns, AGM, corporate governance & support to BOD)

Information Technology
Overseeing IT Strategy, Project Management, Operations Management, with Applications Management, Infrastructure Management, with IT Services Management and Implementation of IT security and digital transformation initiatives

Human Resources & Administration
Overseeing HR Planning, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Organization Culture, Employer Branding, compliance pertaining of labor laws, overall management of Infrastructure Projects and General Administration.

Legal & Compliance
Overseeing AML & compliances activities for all group entities and reporting, contracts management, on boarding of legal consultants / lawyers, litigation management.

Reporting Line: Chief Executive Officer

Minimum Qualifications, Key Strength & Abilities

• Should be ACCA / CIMA / CPA, Post-Graduation in management degree is desirable.
• 20 years of experience (out of which minimum 10 years of experience in Finance / Banking / Insurance Sector. Big 4 consulting firms)
• Hands own experience in handling end to end Finance function
• Experience in handling Technology Project
• Interpersonal skills / relationship management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint)
• Customer service orientation
• Willingness to travel based on the job requirement.
