Post Name: Resident Consultants

• Fully registered medical practitioner in Malaysia with valid APC
• Registered with National Specialist Register (NSR)
• Possess Fellowship / Membership l Master Medicine
• At least 3 years post – specialist experience in the relevant discipline (-or Malaysian) and
• 5 years post-specialist experience lor Non-Malaysiar

Post Name: Resident Medical Officer

• Fully registered medical practitioner in Malaysia with valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC)
• Al least 5 years working experience
• Certified in Occupational Health will be an advantage

Post Name: Resident Consultant – Pathologist

• Fully registered medical practitioner in Malaysia with valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC)
• Registered with National Specialist Register (NSR)
• Possess Fellowship / Membership / Master Medicine
• At least 5 years’experience
• Must be a Medical Pathologist specializes in Anatomic & Cytopathology Services

Post Name: Visiting Consultant Clinical Microbiologist

• Fully registered medical practitioner in Malaysia with valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC)
• Registered with National Specialist Register (NSR)
• Possess Fellowship / Membership / Master Mediane
• Al least 5 years’ experience
• Must be a Medical Pathologist specializes in Clinical Microbiology with experience in molecular testing

Post Name: Resident Consultant

• Fully registered medical practitioner in Malaysia with valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC)
• Registered with National Specialist Register (NSR)
• Possess Fellowship / Membership/ Master Medicine
• Al least 5 years post – specialist experience in the relevant discipline

Post Name: Performance Improvement Manager

• At least Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 5 years working experience in managing Quality Improvement, and Clinical Risk Management or similar experience.
• Knowledge in hospital accreditation such as MSQH and JCI is an added advantage.
• Age between 30 years and above
• Preferably female
• The candidate must be fluent in English speaking and writing
• Proactive and good leadership skills

Job Purpose of Performance Improvement Manager:

• Assist to provide administrative direction for the Hospital Management in the area of clinical governance, quality, and risk management.
• Responsible to provide administrative direction for the hospital-wide quality improvement, patient safety, and risk management program, to ensure compliance to regulations, continuing accreditation, improvement in processes, improved patient care outcomes, and reduction of risk.
• Annually reviews the Performance Improvement / Patient Safety Plan for Normah Medical Specialist Centre. Reviews the departmental indicators on a regular basis and makes recommendations as needed to ensure the Department Quality Improvement efforts are effective.

Post Name: State Registered Nurse (Staff Nurse)

• Degree / Diploma In Nursing and registered with Malaysian Nursing Board
• Valid Annual Practicing Certificate
• Candidates with a post-basic certificate are preferred
• Good Interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work on shift
• The candidate must be fluent in English speaking and writing

Post Name: Physiotherapist / Occupational Physiotherapist

• Degree / Diploma in Physiotherapy / Occupational Physiotherapist
• Minimum 5 years working experience
• Good leadership quality and organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Post Name: Scientific Officer

• Master of Science I Bachelor of Science, Resource Biotechnology, Biomedical Science
• Minimum 5 years general or specialized experience as Clinical Pathology services
• Good leadership quality and organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge required, Laboratory Information System experience preferred,
