Post Name: HR Manpower Officer
Primary recruiter for offshore and onshore manpower requirement of various trades/skills:
– Conduct interview for crew screening and selection
– To maintain company recruitment website, face book, linked in etc
– To prepare crew CV and make proposal to client
– To maintain and update company crew database regularly
– To prepare employment contract with crew and liase with finance for payroll
– To maintain and update crew training requirement in accordance with crew training matrix
– To conduct regional or worldwide recruitment via whatsapp, Skype and various telecommunication tools
– To communicate and manage company expectation to the crew
Descriptions:
– Advantage from HR background with extensive crew database and crew management experience
– Advantage from recruitment agency background
– Good command of English is a Must
– Minimum requirement of Diploma holder or higher
– Passionate about upstream and downstream business in oil and gas
– Passionate in dealing with various human characters and behavior
– Possess excellent human interaction and analytical skill
– Can communicate effectively at all levels
– Based in Miri, Sarawak.
