Manager, Officer, Operator Job Vacancies at OCIM Ocim Sdn Bhd Malaysia

We are seeking qualified Malaysian candidates for the following positions:-

Post Name: Assistant Manager / Manager

Finance & Strategy Section (Based in Kuching Headquarter)

Responsibilities:

• Managing and overseeing the daily accounting operations
• Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports / statements
• Establishing and enforcing proper account methods, policies and principles
• Coordinating yearly audit
• Establishing and maintaining fiscal records to document transactions
• Tackling tax implication / issues while reviewing accounting transactions
• Ensure all relevant Acts and Regulations are complied with
• Liaison with external auditor, tax agent, banker, solicitor when needed
• Review of annual tax return and other relevant tax filing (e.g. withholding tax, service tax on imported service etc)
• Ensure statutory requirements under Companies Act are complied with
• Ensure compliance of internal control and company’s policy

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in accounting or related field), with relevant professional membership Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Minimum 10 years working experiences with at least 5 years in managerial role attached with manufacturing company
• Proven knowledge on Financial Reporting Standards income Tax Act and Companies Act
• Abilities to attend to tax queries posted by management or IRB and advise management on any tax implications arises from daily operation
• High level of efficiency and accuracy as well as excellent time management skills
• Attention to details and abilities to multi-tasks
• Abilities to work under pressure and tight deadline.

Post Name: Officer / Executive
Finance & Strategy Section (Based In Kuching Headquarter)

Responsibilities:

• Performing accounting and finance tasks
• Payments arrangement and preparation
• Maintaining proper accounting records and documentation filing
• Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation
• Any ad hoc task allocated by superior

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good Interpersonal / communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Preferably with 1-2 years working experience but fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
• Having basic knowledge in accounting and tax would be added advantage

Post Name: Korean Speaker
(Based In Samalaju)

Responsibilities:

• Convert concepts in the source language to equivalent concepts in the target language
• To render spoken messages accurately, quickly and clearly
• Follow up with internal team members to ensure translation meets their needs
• Relay the style and tone of the original language
• Support staff in assigned project based work

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Hangul word processor
• Read, Speak, write in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Korean.
• Minimum Korean language proficiency is TOPIK Level 4.
• Exposure in Korean company work environment

Post Name: Warehouse Operator
Logistic Section
(Based In Samalaju)

Responsibilities:

• Perform all warehousing duties including receiving, sorting, picking, packing, and assisting forklift operator in unloading and loading operation
• Handle daily incoming and outgoing of raw materials and finished goods
• Ensure warehouse facilities, equipment and tools are property used and maintained.
• Ensure good housekeeping stock accuracy and maintain a high level of safety culture and awareness in the warehouse
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the warehouse leader

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a secondary school with minimum of SPM
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field will be an added advantage
• Computer literate is preferable
• Able to understand and communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Familiar with warehouse environment and store procedures

Post Name: Forklift Operator
Logistic Section
(Based In Samalaju)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to provide support for general tasks in the warehouse
• Perform delivery precision stacking and pick-up load and unload including stuffing/un-stuffing of containers and above all operate with care, accuracy and safety.
• Ensure forklifts are in good working condition and proper maintenance has been done.
• Ensure warehouse facilities, equipment and tools are properly used and maintained.
• Ensure good housekeeping, stock accuracy and maintain a high level of safety culture and awareness in the warehouse
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the warehouse leader

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a secondary school with minimum of SPM
• Able to understand and communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Competent in operating forklift in accordance to safe work practice and at least 2-3 years Working experience as forklift driver
• Possess forklift driving license is an added advantage
• Familiar with forklift operation maintenance and its upkeep
• Prior working experience in a warehouse environment will be an added advantage
