Okanagan Restoration Services Ltd, Looking for Full time Project Coordinator – Insurance Restoration. You will work directly with Managers on scheduling and coordinating structural portions of restoration projects.
Okanagan Restoration Job Openings for Project Coordinator
Post Name: Project Coordinator- Insurance Restoration
Responsibilities & Duties of the position include but are not limited to:
- Manage & organize a large volume of restoration job files on a regular basis
- Work with Managers to schedule structural rebuild, cleaning and sub trades
- Meet with Clients
Required Skills & Preferred Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of restoration &/or construction coordination
- Experience with Xactimate / Xact Analysis an asset
- Experience with job scheduling computer and app programs as well as Microsoft program
- Excellent verbal & written communication and organization skills as well as interpersonal skills
- Excellent business management and development skills
- Efficient team management skills.
Current Class 5 Drivers License is required and applicants must be bondable.
