Pacific Advance Composites seeking for Project Engineer and Draughtsman

Post Name: Engineer – Project (1 vacancy)
Key Account abilities:

• Coordinate with the Piping Engineer to ensure the submission of surge reports and piping stress reports on time
• Coordinate and liaise with the Nilai manufacturing plant to ensure
• Coordinate and liaise with the Nilai manufacturing plant to ensure project materials. FRP spools shop fabrication, tools boxes, chemicals and consumables are sent to the job site for installation in a timely manner
• Liaise with the site installation team to ensure projects are completed on time
• Monitor the progress of projects and prepare reports
• Review and identify engineering designs, drawings, requirements and submissions to clients for approval and ensure compliance to project requirements
• Report to the Project Manager and support the execution of projects to minimize project challenges/issues and ensure projects are delivered on time
• Liaise with clients on project matters
• Prepare survey reports and close-out reports
• Prepare material take-off from drawings for manufacturing, fabrication and site installations
  Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or its equivalent
• Minimum 5 years” experience in project management in the oil & gas environment preferably candidates with FRP composite piping experience
• Good command of English (spoken & written)
• Flexible and able to travel frequently to project sites
• Good organizing and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Outlook
  Post Name: Draughtsman (1 vacancy)
  Key Account abilities:

• Prepare piping isometric drawings for client approval after the site survey
• Prepare “as built” drawings upon project completion
• Control the drawing number and issuance of drawings to clients and the Nilai manufacturing plant for fabrication
• Prepare and arrange drawings for client/owner approval and distribute the latest AFC drawings to the site for construction
• Assist in the preparation, update and summarization of material take-off (MTO)
  Requirements:

• Certificate in Engineering/AutoCAD or its equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the oil & gas environment, Preferably candidates with FRP composite piping experience
• Flexible and able to travel frequently to project sites
• Good organizing and communication skills
• Proficient in drafting software, Microsoft Office & Outlook
