Pacific Destinations, an established Inbound Tour Company is inviting committed and enthusiastic applicants to join our dynamic team as Accounts Payable Clerk to be based in our Head Office, Nadi.

Post Name:- Accounts Payable Clerk

Key Responsibilities include:

•  Timely processing of suppliers and credit card payments and reconciliations
• Cash cheques / reconciliations report
• Compile creditors month-end procedures and year end duties
• Source quotes – negotiate competitive terms with preferred supplier(s)
• Handling queries, communicating effectively with internal & external stakeholders
• Well organized, book-keeping and filing away of invoices / documents

Qualifications & Skills Required:

•  A Diploma in Accounting with average GPA of 3.0 from a recognized institution;
• At least 3 years work experience in a similar role;
• Proficient in the use of accounting software, spreadsheet and Microsoft Office programmes;
• Manage to work under pressure and timelines with a ‘can do’ attitude and detail oriented;
• Good communication and interpersonal skill required;
• A positive attitude, can work as a team player.
