The Pacific Eye Institute in Suva, Fiji has opportunities for 2 Operation Theatre Nurses and an Operating Theatre Attendant.

Post Name:- Operating Theatre Nurse (2 positions)

PEI is recruiting two nurses to work in our busy operating theatre specializing in eye care services at Colonial War Memorial Hospital.

Minimum requirements:-

•  Currently registered with the Nursing Council
• Three years nursing experience
•  Able to work with minimal supervision
• Operating theatre experience
• Willingness to travel on Outreaches
• Ophthalmology experience a plus

Post Name:- OT Attendant (1 position)

The Operation Theatre Attendant will provide support in decontamination, cleaning, sterilising and equipment maintenance at the Eye Operating theatre located at PEI/CWMH Eye Centre in Brown St, Suva.

Minimum requirements:-

•  Pass in FSLC or equivalent qualification
•  Experience in care giving or operation theatre protocols will be an advantage.
