With our ongoing developments, we now have an excellent opportunity for a talented and highly motivated Human Resources Coordinator to join the growing Packleader BPO Team specializing in a variety of HR administrative duties and supporting the overall HR processes.

Post Name: Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities:-

• Oversee overall Human Resources functions
• Conduct a continuing study of all Human Resources policies, programs, and practices to keep management informed of new developments
• Administers various human resource plans and procedures for company personnel
• Assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures
• Implement and maintain effective and confidential record-keeping and data management systems.
• Balances conflicting priorities to establish efficient work flo
• Participate in key People & Culture projects as required to develop effective P&C solutions.
• Assist the leadership team in performance management procedures
• Protect the interests of employees and the company in accordance with company Human Resources policies and governmental laws and regulations. Minimizes risk
• Demonstrate ability to set priorities while handling multiple projects or deadlines

Qualifications and Education Requirements:-

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a human resources management/generalist role with proven experience in case management and project delivery
• Solid understanding of the Fiji Islands Employment legislative context
• Extensive experience working across a broad spectrum of HR disciplines.
• Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices

Preferred Skills:-

• An extremely high sense of urgency and ability to work in fast-paced, ever changing environment
• Knowledge of Call Centre Sales or equivalent
• Trustworthy, professional and reliable when dealing with confidential information
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong assertiveness and the ability to handle pressure
• Good organizational and time management skills
