Job vacancies for Operation Manager, Trainee Mill Engineer, Group Chief Mechanic at Palmhead Group

1. Post Name: Group Chief Mechanic

• Involve extensively in the research and development activities according to Management’s requirement
• Will be responsible to do planning and organizing of estate’s infrastructure facilities (which involves construction of roads, bridges, quarters, office & other building’s work and maintenance within the estate)
• At least 8 years of working experience in workshop & infrastructure.

2. Post Name: Operation Manager

• Responsible for daily field operations, maintenance, upkeep, harvesting, transportation & infrastructure.
• Conduct close monitoring and to ensure that all operations and activities within Estate are according to the practices and guidelines provided by Company.
• At least 8 years of working experience in palm oil estate.
• Able to effectively communicate with & motivate staff & foreign labour force, ensuring employee’s welfare is being taken care of.

3. Post Name: Trainee Mill Engineer

• Responsible for safe and efficient mechanical and instrumentation maintenance function for both plants and other associated infrastructures.
• To provide technical guidance and expertise, ensuring optimal performance of oil mill operations.
• Actively contributing to the development and improvement of Oil Mill Operation.
• Comply to all quality standard practiced in the mill.
• Fresh graduates with mechanical engineering background are encouraged to apply.

Infrastructure Supervisor, Assistant Foreign Recruitment Manager job vacancies at Palmhead Group

4. Post Name: Infrastructure Supervisor

• Responsible to do planning and organizing of estate’s infrastructure facilities (which involves the construction of roads, bridges, quarters, office & other building work & maintenance within the estate)
• Required to conduct site investigations as to monitor work progress.
• At least 3 years of working experience in related field.

5. Post Name: Assistant Foreign Recruitment Manager

• Responsible for sourcing of foreign worker (Indonesian) by developing & maintaining relationships with local/regional recruitment agencies.
• To ensure that each estate and mill are being supplied with the appropriate number of foreign workers with the required skills and competencies at the right time and in the right place.
• Ensure all foreign workers has gone through every necessary medical checkup & documentation processing are as per required by existing law.
• At least 3 – 5 years of working experience in the related field.
