Paradise Cove Resort seeking for Front Office Manager

Our group of resorts are looking for a current and experienced Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operators of our Front Office, Reservations, Resort Transfers plus liaison with Finance.
This is an island based ‘live-In’ position working on a roster of 21 Days On & 8 Days Off

Post Name:- Front Office Manager

The Role;-

•  Management of the resort Front Office focusing on excellent customer service providing a Welcoming Fijian environment
•  Full utilization of the Front Office system ensuring accuracy in use and a range of accurate reports to meet operational needs are produced
• Preparation of Front Office monthly reports, commenting on key performance indicators
• Establish a set of checklists and system procedures to maintain an accurate financial reporting system
• Ensure thorough checks on shift banking and that correct cash handling procedures are followed

What are we looking for?

•  A current Front Office or Reservations Manager with experience in the resort/hotel, leisure sector
•  Excellent supervisory, interpersonal, and communication skills with a passion for delivering exceptional levels of Guest service
• Calm, organized work ethic with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
