Post Name: Surgery Manager – Hanslope Surgery
Job Descriptions:
You will oversee the smooth running of a busy GP surgery in a village location. Directly responsible for 7 staff and with joint responsibility for a further 5, you will have proven management experience. You will be confident handling recruitment, appraisal and training for your team as well as day to day personnel issues.
You will also manage ongoing tasks and projects for the whole practice, which will require excellent communication, planning, administrative and IT skills.
This is a varied, interesting and enjoyable role within a well established team. You will be supported by the GP Partners and management team.

Salary :- £28,000 + NHS Pension + 5 weeks annual leave
