* Take charge of the day-to-day running and management of the Senior Care Centre
* Manage the conduct of client assessments during admissions and periodic reviews
* Conduct multidisciplinary case discussions discussions
Job Name: Senior / Occupational Therapist Senior / Physiotherapist

• Set up and control the running of rehabilitation services
• Establish an assessment system of clients during admissions and periodic reviews
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and group therapy programmes

Job Name: Senior Nurse

• Take charge of entire clinical nursing practice in the Senior Care Centre
• Conduct client assessments during admissions and periodic reviews
  Job Name: Operations Executive
  * Plan, organize and run Day Care Programme
  * Manage the deployment of Care Programme Coordinators so as to maximize on operating efficiency and optimal care of clients in the Senior Care Centre

Job Name: Care Programme Coordinator

• Care for the well-being and safety of elderly clients (at all times) in the senior care centre.
• Prepare and conduct programme activities for elderly clients.
• Update Individual care plans and relevant records daily.
