PFTAC Pacific Financial Technical Assistance Centre of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) based in Suva is recruiting a full time Administrative Assistant/Receptionist (designated grade Secretary II).

The Administrative Assistant will work closely with a team of two senior administrative assistants and another assistant to support the operations of the Center and the team of international staff including the coordinator, seven resident advisors, and an economic analyst in the delivery of their capacity development (technical assistance and training) programs across 16 Pacific countries. Qualifications and Experience:-

•  Minimum completion of High School with preference to completion of an undergraduate degree in a finance, administration, or management stream.
•  Minimum of 3 years office experience with appropriate level of responsibility.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel and Word) is required.
•  Demonstrated proficiency in English (oral and written) with strong writing skills.
