Pine Garden Hotel Job Openings for Executives and Chef

Post Name: Human Resource Executive

• To perform full spectrum of HR functions and reports, such as recruitment and hiring process, orientation for new hiring, staff welfare, leave management, attendance and claims record, performance appraisal, maintain staff database records & filing system up-to-date, etc
• Responsible to process monthly payroll and liaise with government statutory department such as KWSP, SOCSO, LHDN, HRDF, Labour Department & etc
• Well versed of labour legislation guideline & Employment Act or Sarawak Labour Ordinance
  Post Name: Finance Executive

• Minimum Diploma in Finance or Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field
• To assist the Finance Manager & Hotel Manager (if any) and oversee daily accounting operations
• To perform bank reconciliation and month-end reconciliation of all ledger balances
• Good in Credit Control & proper handling of Debt Collection
  Post Name: Senior M&E Attendant

• Must possess a SPM or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Electrical & Electronic or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in Hotel field
• Computer literacy and able to prepare relevant reports such as maintenance budget and costs
• Able to perform shift duties (includes Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) and standby duty in case of emergency
  Post Name: Sales & Marketing Executive

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales & marketing experience in hotel industries
• Proficient spoken & written in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin languages
  Post Name: Head Chef

• Overseeing kitchen operation on daily basis
• 2 to 3 years working experience, deep passion of cooking. Hotel background is added advantage
• CDP/ Junior Sous Chef post background
• Create restaurant dining menu, work closely with F&B Supervisor and Hotel Manager
• Assist in managing costing, stock control and ordering for the restaurant usage

• Minimum SPM Holder. Fresh graduate encourage to apply

• Good attitude and discipline
• Working experience in F&B related field will be add advantage
