Pleass Global Limited is a publicly listed company well known in Fiji and the Pacific. Major brands AquaSafe* Party Time* and VaiWai* dominate in their respective sectors in the market. We seek applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals for the following position:

Post Name: Senior Management Accountant

The role reports to the Finance Manager and will be based in the head office in Namosi Road, Namosi.

Duties include:

• Sending monthly reports to the management on company performance;
• Analyzing the monthly financial reports including Profit and Loss accounts. Balance sheet and Reconciling of the ledger accounts; Maintaining the fixed assets register and depreciation schedule;
• Preparing the cost sheet and analyzing costs for all the goods received, monitoring costs/overheads and suggesting cost cutting strategies;
• Responsible for compiling company budgets and reporting variances of actual against budget
• Assisting the Finance Manager in others tasks as and when assigned.

Qualification and Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar role; Degree in accounting/commerce is essential; Must be flexible in approach to work, able to take on tasks as directed and manage timelines effectively; Should possess enhanced reporting skills; Proficiency in using Word, excel and power point. An advanced level of excel skill is a requirement.

This role is a key role in the business and as such the salary and benefits package shall commensurate with the seniority of the role and capability of the selected candidate.
