PMB Silicon Sdn Bhd seeking for Plant Manager
PMB Silicon Sdn Bhd, Invites application from local residents for the post of (A) Plant Manager in the sector of Construction and Manufacturing.
Post Name:- Plant Manager
No. of Vacancies: (A) 1 persons
Duties:-
- Developed the strategy/tactic of the site to accomplish its mission. Execute the strategy/tactic. Overall owner to ensure deliverable of plant KPI goals. Drive SIGs development to support the KPIs.
- Establish and ensure smooth operation of the management system. This include elements of site policies, leadership R&R, Plan, Do, Check and Act.
- Ensure the team meet the expectation of customer in term of quality and supply reliability.
- Establish the talent management and succession planning for the plant. Ultimately, the plant will need to retain good talents, and reduce voluntary separation.
- Overall approval for significant changes in the plant that has significant impact HSE, Quality, Production, Site Personnel, Customers, Community and Governmental bodies.
Qualification:-
- Candidates must possess at least Degree in Metallurgical /Chemical Engineering.
- Good interpersonal, responsibility, independent and discernment
- Experience in silicon smelting plant will be an added advantages.
Experience:- 10 years working experience in manufacturing industry is required.
