Post Name: Production Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversees PMB Silicon Production Processes
• Preparing Departmental Annual Budget and report Costing
• Scheduling Good Workflow and Organizing Manpower Planning for the Operation to achieve output quantity and quality target after understanding customer’s requirement
• Monitor Production Improvement Projects and Resource Requirements
• Approve schedule repair and routine maintenance of production equipment with Technical Team
• To ensure all Production manpower well trained, well-educated and are competent to carry assigned job
• Generate reports for the production output and present them to the Management
• Taking instruction from Plant Manager
• Comply ISO. Safety and SOP requirements

Requirements & Qualifications:

• At least with Diploma/ Degree qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing or relevant field and experience.
• Have at least with 7 years’ experience managing Manufacturing operation and people
• Abe to prepare an annual budget and cost control, perform an audit for ISO 9001:2015 and promote continuous improvement and perform & improve HIRARC and auditing for ISO 14000 and 45000
• Able to work independently under stressful conditions, Meticulous and good motivator to a team member
