Premier Tech job openings for Mechanic and Machine Operator

This role provides preventative maintenance to the production equipment in addition to operating an automatic packaging machine in a safe and efficient manner. Ensuring that the machine as well as the line operates at levels, meeting production schedule for our Abbotsford location.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years’ mechanical experience in a manufacturing environment with experience in repairing equipment such as: conveyors, pumps and compressors, fans and blowers, hydraulic, pneumaticand power transmission systems.
• Certified mechanic millwright or an equivalent with knowledge of PLC’s.
• Excellent trouble shooter.
• Valid fork-lift operator certificate or willing to obtain one.
