Post Name:- Deputy General Manager

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Manufacturing Engineering/Chemical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum Ten (10) years of working experience in aluminium smelting industry
• Having thorough knowledge to perform Electrolysis process
• Continue driving the operation towards lowest cost / ton of aluminium production in all aspect such as electricity, raw material, consumables, manpower, maintenance, etc.
• Developing appropriate KPI for each department as control parameter, utilizing it to coordinate inter departmental activity and consequently measure performance of each department.
• Introduce and implement new technologies and new methods to boost up work efficiency and maximize output as well as minimize production cost.
• Determine and anticipate technical requirement for infrastructure and machinery for improvement and expansion needs.
• Continue reviewing and recommending all level of Production and Reduction capability by providing appropriate direction, guidance and training.
