General Manager, Controller, Managers Job Vacancies at Primula Terbilang Sdn Bhd Malaysia

Position 1: General Manager Plantation / Plantation Controller (1 Post)

• Preferably a Degree holder in Plantation Management. Agricultural Science or related discipline
• 10-15 years’ experience in Senior Operational Management position
• Driven, sharp, results oriented with strong understanding of business operations and key drivers
• Experience in running / supervising large oil palm plantation estates (more than 20,000 hectares) will be an added advantage
• Possesses excellent leadership and interpersonal skill
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Excellent presentation skills
• Highly independent, multi-tasking, meticulous, agile and precise
• Pleasant interpersonal and strong business acumen
• Will be based in Sarawak.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the development and overall management of the estates operation by ensuring that overall policies, plans and procedures are executed in accordance to the high standard guidelines;
• To ensure the efficiency of operations and management of estate by maximizing yield to achieve target set;
• Setting direction for the key management functions of estate standards, human capital development, asset utilization and operational excellence;
• Oversee and be ultimately accountable for the development of annual budgets and long-term financial plans;
• Monitor the financial results and ensure that the crop production cost is in line with the annual budget including the implementation of capital projects;
• Leading the team to enhance operational processes, quality and increasing crops based on long term target;
• Setting direction / KPIs and leading the team to achieve the target set;
• Managing the estates in accordance to the MSPO standard requirements;
• Lead to improve business process and ensure high crop quality standard for the Company.

Position 2: Estate Managers (3-4 Posts)

• Preferably a Degree / Diploma holder in Plantation Management. Agricultural Science or related discipline
• Minimum of 8 years’ working experience in oil palm plantation
• Possess knowledge of business acumen
• Ability to evaluate a project / task given
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Successful candidates will be based in few estates in Sarawak. Accommodation in the estate will be provided.
