In our current expansion, we seek dynamic individuals to join us in redefining property & facility management services:

Post Name:- Senior Manager (Facility Management)

As a member of the Management team, the successful incumbent will:-

•  Lead a Strategic Business Unit handling a portfolio of facility management projects
•  Lead Business Development activities and drive strategic business development activities (local and overseas)
• Oversee and manage tender participation for government and private accounts
• Develop and maintain strategic clientele base
• Maintain business intelligence database
• Conduct corporate presentation to potential clients, guests and for tender interviews
• Prospect for new customers while establishing a strong business relationship with them
•  Conduct mid-year and annual reviews of the Business Unit
• Develop a Business Development Plan for the Business Unit
• Be responsible for the technical competency and development of staff within the Business Unit

Requirements:

•  Degree in Building/ Real Estate Management or other related discipline with minimum 10 years’ experience in a senior position, managing a portfolio of commercial, industrial and residential buildings as well as government institutions
• Proficient in local legislations and certifications relating to facility and property management.
• Strong negotiation, communication and leadership skills.
• Strong in written and verbal English communication
• Excellent presentation skills.
