Prouds Waigani are the leaders in retailing standards in Fiji and comprises of a team of highly motivated and accomplished team members who all are valued, measured and developed on a continuous basis. Prouds stores are located throughout Fiji and also operate Prouds Duty Free Store at Post Moresby Jackson’s International Airport in Papua New Guinea. We will be soon opening another Prouds Store at the Waigani Central Shopping Complex in Papua New Guinea.

Post Name: Store Manager

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1.  Be highly Customer oriented, approachable, with an outgoing & friendly personality.
2. Develop a high caliber team of retail through effective communication & leadership.
3. Overseeing inventory, distribution of goods & achieving sales targets.
4. Ensuring all legal & compliance of the store operations.
5. Achieve Sales targets & periodically report to Management.
6. Managing cost of operation.
7. Must be self-motivated to excel and deliver result.
8. Must be able to manage a dynamic team of front line staff.
9. Maintain good customer relationship.

Requirements of the Role:

1.  A minimum of 3- 5 years’ experience in Managerial / Sales/Administration will be an added advantage.
2. Be a team player with good management/interpersonal & communication skills
3. Must be competent in computer skills (MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook)
4. Energetic and a passion for the industry.
5. Being able to adapt to new situations and environments.
6. The applicant should be willing to reside in Papua New Guinea.
