Post Name: Maintenance Worker/Technician
(Green Heights Mall, Kuching)
General Purpose of Position:
Performs a variety of works in the general maintenance and repair of buildings, facilities and equipment.
Requirements:

• Candidates must have at least Certificate / Diploma (Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical)
• Preferable with least 3 years related working experience in electrical on mechanical.
• Must have good leadership organizing and analytical ability computer lite able and must be able to work independently.
• CIDB certificate is an added advantage.

  (Green Heights Mall, Kuching)
  Responsibilities:

• To provide security for the protection and safety of the property, shoppers, tenants and staff
• To provide security for the prevention of criminal activities in the various properties.
• To enforce crowd and vehicles/traffic control in and around the properties
• To safeguard the properties of the Company and the tenants against willful/malicious damages/theft/sabotage
• To build and maintain the image of the properties
  Requirements:

• PMR/SPM or equivalent
• Preferably ex-military/police officer
• Able to work shift hours and willing to perform overtime works
• Discipline, hardworking and able to work independently.
• Preferred age between 35 – 50 years old.
