PTC Logistics hiring for Customer Service Assistant and Executive

Post Name: Customer Service Assistant / Executive
* Reports to Customer Service Senior Executive
Requirements:
. Minimum Secondary / GCE ‘N’ Level
. ITE Certificate in Logistics or its equivalent
. Relevant Experience Preferred
. Some experience in Logistics / Warehouse environment
. Customer Service / Shipping background
. Know SAP, Warehouse Management System (WMS) preferred
. Willing to work overtime (if required)
Responsibilities:
. Liaise with customers for movements of cargo
. Receive delivery orders & storing instructions from customers
. Perform entries in WMS and SAP (if required)
. Perform vessel booking with carriers
. Process all picking instruction and release to operation
. Prepare labels for marking and re-branding of cargoes
. Co-ordinate with Transport Department for transportation & shipping requirements
. Arrange for fumigations and inspection
. Generate shipping document (eg. Draft BL etc)
. Send weekly / monthly reports to customers
. Assign relevant charges in WMS
. Any other task assign by the Manager
