Head Sales Executive Tanker Driver Career Opportunity at Pusaka Capital Kuching Sarawak Malaysia

Position 1: Head of Sales and Marketing (Kuching)

The Functions:
Responsible in planning, managing, implementing, and monitoring the Company’s marketing and business activities and managing and motivating sales team performance to achieve the Company’s monthly and annual sales target. Managing, establishing contact, and maintaining rapport with customers and ensuring customer’s requirements are fulfilled.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or other relevant disciplines;
• Five (5) years working experience with at least two (2) years In managerial level, Preferably in sales and marketing environment, Experience in managing and marketing of petro-chemical products is an added advantage;
• High proficiency in MS Office;
• Required language (s): English and Bahasa Melayu, proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage;
• Has leadership quality, independent and proactive,
• Willing to travel extensively within or outside Sarawak,

Position 2: Head of Operations (Kuching)

The Functions:
Oversees overall operations by planning, managing, implementing, and coordinating sales, operations, and logistic functions. Ensure smooth operations of the Company.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or other relevant disciplines;
• Five (5) years working experience with at least two (2) years in managerial level, Experience in working within a target driven environment and managing a team,
• High proficiency in MS Office;
• Required language (s) English and Bahasa Melayu, proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage,
• High level of integrity, able to work independently, resourceful and able to manage and motivate a team.

Position 3: Head of Logistics (Kuching)

The Functions:
Oversees overall functions of the logistic department as the last mile routing. Responsible for strategic delivery model that will effectively cover the company current & projected business, The incumbent is also responsible to drive system and operational improvement that will improve delivery efficiencies which will result in lower cost per delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Operations Management Supply Chain, or other relevant disciplines;
• Five (5) years working experience with at least two (2) years in managerial level. Extensive logistic experience related to cost-critical projects, practical knowledge in transportation and warehousing industry.
• High proficiency in MS Office;
• Required language (s) English and Bahasa Melayu, proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage;
• Strang leadership, conflict resolution and facilitation skills, able to collaborate and motivate a team,

Position 4: Sales Executive (Kuching / Bintulu)

The Functions:
Responsible in planning, managing, implementing, and monitoring the Company’s marketing and business activities to achieve the Company’s monthly and annual sales target. The incumbent is also responsible in ensuring the Company is run in effective and efficient manners and providing excellent customer services to ensure the customers’ need are met.

Requirements:

• SPM / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline.
• At least two (2) years’ experience in sales environment.
• Required language (s) English and Bahasa Melayu, any Chinese dialect is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Has a valid driving license (D), possesses own transport and willing to travel.
• Independent, proactive and a team-player.

Position 5: Tanker Driver (Kuching / Tanjung Manis / Bintulu)

• Must have a valid GDL Class E License (Bersendi & Berat Kejur).
• At least two (2) years of experience driving petroleum (Bitumen / Diesel) tanker.
