Post Name:- Layer Farm Manager– Suva
The above position will be based in our Layer Farm in Suva and directly reports to our Farm Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Farm operational activities management according to established poultry guidelines and standard operating procedures
•  Production plan attainments in regards to production, intake and culling of layers
• Mortality and shrinkages management
• Body and egg weight management
• Mortality monitoring and management
• Bio Security and husbandry management
• Shed preparation according to established standards
• Supervision & control of farm employees
• On job training and coaching of farm employees
• Batch files analysis and suggestion for improvements and enhancements

Key Competency Requirements:

•  Relevant qualification in Agriculture/ Animal husbandry
•  At least 2 Years’ of experience in a similar role and willingness to stay in company provided accommodation on site
• Excellent Leadership and Managerial qualities
• Willingness to perform extra yards, as and when required
• Ability to work under minimum supervision
• ISO and HACCP knowledge will be an added advantage

Post Name:- Mechanical Technician – Suva
The above position will be based in our Engineering Department, Nasinu and directly reports to our Engineering Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Installation, repair and maintenance of all plant and machineries
•  All plant and machineries are to function according to its original specifications
• Diagnose machinery failures, faulty operations and carry out concern repairs
• Follow scheduled servicing programs of all plant & machineries
• Ratify plant and machinery breakdowns in a timely manner
• Follow structured preventative engineering programs

Key Competency Requirements:-

•  Relevant qualification in plant Maintenance or Mechanical Engineering
•  Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
•  Knowledge in PLC is essential
•  Valid group 2 driving license
• Being a team player and ability to work under minimum supervision

Post Name:- Administration Officer– Nadi
The above position will be based in our Western Distribution Center, Votualevu Nadi and directly reports to our Administration Manager.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Sales, cash and stock balancing
•  Banking preparation
• Data entry into Sage 300 Software.
• Petty cash management
• Debtors collection
• Administration report preparation
• Credit sales invoice generation
• Record keeping
• System posting auditing
• Coach and train junior staffs.

Key Competency Requirements:

•  Relevant qualification in Accounting or Business Management
•  Matured and self-driven.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• SAGE software knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Expected to work under minimum supervision.
