The Role:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate people leader to support our Financial Services Team to deliver their goals. You’ll need to have an understanding of finance; however you don’t need to be a chartered accountant to succeed in this role.
This is a full-time permanent role based in Marton.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the Financial Services Team through coaching, mentoring and development
• Manage Council’s Audit related affairs
• Oversee outputs and functions of the Financial Services Team

What you will bring:

• 3 years + people leadership experience
• Strong financial acumen
• Understanding of local government (desirable)
