Reddy Group is a highly diversified company with interests spread across a diverse range of sectors. We are seeking an enthusiastic team player for the above role, reporting to Director Finance/Property and Financial Controller of the company.

Post Name: Property Manager

Your basic responsibilities will include managing all company rental properties, liaising with tenants, preparing and reviewing tenancy agreements, negotiating rentals, arrears on rent control, timely payment of leased land rental, city & town rates, liaising with relevant authorities, renewal of leases, attending to repairs and maintenance and conducting general administrative and property management duties.

The successful candidate will need to have:

1.  Diploma or Certificate qualification in property management studies
2. Strong computer literacy skills in Microsoft applications
3. Current and clean drivers’ licence
4. Solid communication skills and professional presentation
5. Ability to work effectively unsupervised and as part of a team
6. At least 10 years of similar work experience
