Rosie Holidays is Fiji’s leading Inbound Tour Operator and Destination Management Company with over 40 years of experience in the hospitality industry. We invite applications from bright and energetic individuals to join our Transport Team as Transport Logistics Officer.

Post Name:-Transport Logistics Officer

The position reports to the Fleet Manager and is responsible for the logistical management and delivery of the Rosie Holidays transfer service throughout Fiji.

Key Responsibilities:-

•  Provide logistical support in the allocation of drivers and vehicles for transfer and tour requirements
• Proactively monitor and track vehicles and drivers on a 24-hour basis
• Resolve and manage changes of transfer movements due to flight delays and other operational interruptions
• Control the allocation of vehicles in the rental car fleet
• Complete daily reports regarding the use of rental cars, tour buses and transfer vehicles including handover instructions between shifts
• Liaise with other operational departments in the proper implementation of daily movements and provide logistical advice on transport / transfer usage
• Provide quality customer service in the performance of all duties

Knowledge, Skills and Qualification:-

•  Tertiary qualification in transport logistics or similar discipline is desirable and previous experience as a Logistics Officers and rostering of drivers and vehicles will be distinct advantages
• Must possess a Group 2 Driver’s License
• Must be able to work shifts on a 24/7 schedule with minimum supervision
• Be computer savvy and be proficient with MS Applications
