Royal Brunei Airlines, the National Carrier of Brunei Darussalam invites applications from qualified professionals for the following position:-

Post Name:- Sales & Reservation Officer

Location:- Kuching

Sales & Reservation Officer – Commercial is responsible to Sales Manager – East Malaysia for all aspects of delivering daily task in sales marketing agenda for Kuching Station, Sarawak. Monitoring and provide support in reservations area with high customer service standards as set by the Company with highly energetic and can contribute to produce positive output to achieve budget.

Key responsibilities:-

Sales & Reservation Officer – Kuching must exercise direct control over the following functions:-

•  Assist and handle all RB customer enquiry and request related to their travel plan. To ensure customer needs including trade partners are met and delivered on time.
• Leading the station and develop sales under their care.
• Provide reservations support during flight disruption and all RB guest flight arrangements. Work closely with airport ground services team to ensure smooth operation and delivery without compromising RB high standards.
• Circulation of urgent issues to controllers and managers immediately.
• Capable to trouble shoot and provide solutions for improvements and delivery standards.
• Assist with assigned administrative task for the department or location.
• Perform / execute all instructions from Superior pertaining to sales marketing agenda.
• To manage the sales aspect, providing market information and analyze data provided in assisting to implement strategies which includes dispensation or discounts, promoting RB frequent flyer program and advertising campaigns.
• Carry out sales visitation and perform product briefing within KCH agencies.
• Contribute to all company-related events & coordinate with sales office and relevant departments at Head Office level to ensure goals are met.
• To provide support to commercial in particular to sales & marketing in their objectives to achieve and maintain revenue growth.
• Produce quality of work above average, accurate data sales reports and plan activities.
• Act in acceptable manner that reflects the right corporate image of RB and its stakeholders.

Qualification:-

1.  Minimum Diploma in any related field.
2. Experience in industry is an advantage but not necessary
3. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
4. Acquire PC knowledge and possess high quality customer service and communication
5. A fast learner and able to interact well in English and Bahasa
