Job Summary
Able to handle all security management services and develop security and safety policies, guidelines, procedures for the company.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and coordinate and handle the teams of security guards assigned to the company’s premises.
• Very Knowledgeable with security, safety, and fire-fighting systems and procedures in commercial buildings.
• Monitor and advice management on security and safety threat levels including crisis management practices and procedures.
• Review performance of security contractors, daily operations, and security systems.
• Develop and maintain security and safety strategies, policies, guidelines, procedures, and systems.

Requirements

• Preferably Senior Officer or former Senior Officer in the Police. Army or Security Companies.
• Minimum Diploma (or equivalent) in any discipline.
• Supervise, monitor, and liaise with security providers on all security operations and issues.
• Good command of English & Bahasa Melayu. Both written and spoken.
• PC literate and must be able to write good reports.
• Mature, proactive, and dynamic individual with a serious commitment to job responsibilities.
