Qualification And Requirements (Min):

Education:
A bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance or a related field. A Master’s Degree (MBA or equivalent is preferred).

Work Experience:
At least 12 years of experience in strategic planning, consulting or related roles, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful strategic initiatives.

Leadership Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills to lead and motivate a team of strategy professionals.

Analytical Skills:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret data, trends, and market information.

Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey complex ideas and strategies effectively.

Negotiation Skills:
Capable of negotiating and managing strategic partnerships or deals.
