Post Name: Senior Chemist (LAB)
Purpose of Job:
To act as Technical Manager and to assist Lab Manager in Quality and Technical operation of the Laboratory in accordance to MS ISO/IEC 17025:2005 standard.
Principal Account abilities:
i. Responsible for the technical operations of the Laboratory and shall ensure that the International Standard MS ISO/IEC 17025:2005 requirements are met at all times.
ii. Assist Laboratory Manager and coordinate in Laboratory administration and technical operation.
iii. Supervise Laboratory compliance to MS ISO/IEC 17025:2005 standard.
iv. Plan instrument calibration and maintenance.
v. Assist Laboratory Manager in implementation, maintenance and improvement of Management System.
vi. Identify nonconforming work and departures from policies and procedures in the Management System and in technical activities.
vii. Review requests, tenders and contract.
viii. Administer proficiency testing program and evaluate results.
ix. Investigate and evaluate nonconforming testing work and take appropriate corrective actions, including halting of work and withholding of test reports.
x. Evaluate validation of new test methods and techniques.
xi. Issue and sign test reports and provide opinion and interpretations of test results.
xii. Assume duties of Quality Manager in his absence.
Requirements:
* Bachelor of Degree in Chemistry or higher qualification from recognized University
* At least 5 years working experience in related field and must be registered with Malaysia Institute of Chemistry.
* Computer, IT, instrumental operation and knowledge in MS ISO/IEC 17025skills would be advantage

Post Name: Senior Survey Executive
Purpose of Job: To advise and update the Company on survey matters and issues as appropriate and whenever required and general administrative function of the Section.
Principal Account abilities:
i. To lead and guide the survey team in performing their work assignments and to be the focal point for survey matters and issues.
ii. To liase and assist the plantation department pertaining to survey matters which include measurement and confirmation of block hectarage, drainage and roads system.
iii. To administer the compilation of survey results and other survey related documentation in orderly manner and to submit the necessary documents to the authorized personnel within or outside the company in timely manner.
iv. To render assistance to other departments/sections within or outside the company pertaining to survey.
v. Responsible for checking survey plans and maps including associated computations and draughting.
vi. To initiate, generate, update and revise records and maps of the estate’s road maps in both digital and paper-based format.
vii. To conduct ground investigation at new potential land and land development scheme in respect to land application and land matters.
viii. Responsible for the design of the infrastructure layout which include alignment of block, terraces, roads and drainage system at new development area.
ix. Responsible for issuing the survey certificate for payment purposes.
Requirements:
* Bachelor in Geomatic Engineering (Hons).
* Experience in the construction industry and in a consulting firm especially for building, bridge and road project.
* Knowledge in engineering and surveying, Global Positioning System (GPS), Geographical Information System (GIS), Remote Sensing (RS) and map interpretation.
* Computer experience with the following software; AutoCAD, ArcView GIS, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point etc.
* Minimum 10 years experience in surveying, administrative works and related requirement.
