We(Sarawak Slipways Sdn Bhd) are an established Shipbuilding and Ship-repairing Company in Miri and we would like to invite suitable applicants to fill the following positions:

Marine Mechanical Engineer, Electrician, Store Assistant Jobs at Sarawak Slipways

Post Name: Marine / Mechanical Engineer

• Diploma/Degree in Naval Architecture or Marine Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Shipbuilding field
• Able to work independently, plan and co-ordinate work effectively.
• Able to speak English and BM

Post Name: Electrician

• Male
• At least 2 years experience as electrician in the construction, shipbuilding or other related industries
• Willing to work Overtime

Post Name: Store Assistant

• Male
• SPM qualification
• Must be able to read and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• 1-2 years experience and preferable with knowledge of normal Shipbuilding and Shiprepairing’s spares and consumable, stores and material
• Base Computer knowledge shall be an added advantage

Lathe Operator Machinist, QC Inspector Vacancies at Sarawak Slipways

Post Name: Lathe Operator / Machinist

• Male
• At least 3 years experience as lathe operator
• Willing to work Overtime

Post Name: Quality Control Inspector

• Male
• Possess CSWIP 3.0 Visual Welding Inspector with minimum 3 years experience working in shipyard as QC inspector.
• Willing to work Overtime
