Post Name: Security Agent / Auxiliary Police Officer

• Provide security services at the airport and key installation areas, such as safeguarding and protection of assets
• Island-wide deployment
• Normal color vision

Post Name: Junior Sous Chef / Commis Chef / Demi Chef / Cook

• Prepare, check and cook raw materials/ingredients in accordance with recipes
• Clean cooking area and equipment to ensure the upkeep of kitchen
• Mentor and supervise new culinary staff

Post Name: Sous Chef

• Manage complex centralized kitchen operations
• Supervise culinary crew and ensure compliance to food safety and workplace safety requirements
• Ensure smooth running of kitchens

Post Name: Driver (Class 314 Driving License Required)
Load, unload, and deliver food items (cooked and raw materials/ingredients)

Post Name: Delivery Attendant
Complete daily delivery duties such as loading and unloading goods and payment collection

Post Name: Production Operator
Manage meal packing, meal preparation, and/or vegetable preparation

Post Name: Storekeeper

• Perform housekeeping in the warehouse
• Ensure proper issuance and storage of items
• Conduct regular cycle count & checks for damaged or expired items

• Perform pig slaughtering.
• Perform viscera washing, or
• Control and handle live pigs

Post Name: Meat Cutter
Cut and process raw materials for kitchen

Post Name: Maintenance Technician
Maintain, service, and repair slaughtering equipment including cold room and plant facilities in the abattoir

Requirements for all positions:

• Able to understand and speak basic English
• Physically fit
• Comfortable with shift work arrangement
